Return Window

We want you to love your Seven Aroma fragrance. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in its original condition, with all seals, packaging, and boxes intact. Please keep your order number as proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Contact us within 3 days of delivery by email at sevenaromaperfumes@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +971 50 696 9423. Share your order number and the reason for the return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Free Returns

Returns are free. We arrange the courier pickup from your address in the UAE and cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your return is approved. Approved refunds for card payments are sent back to the original payment method within a few business days. Your bank may need extra time to show the amount in your account. For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer to the account details you share with us.

Exchanges

To exchange an unopened item for another fragrance, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange it, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is shipped. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.
